Marketing research of customer satisfaction in selected Winter Hall

Title: Marketing research of customer satisfaction in selected Winter Hall Objectives: The main aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the satisfaction of visitors of public skating with the services provided at the Ludvík Košek Winter Hall in Turnov. On the basis of the results, suggestions and recommendations were developed to improve services. Methods: In the empirical part of the diploma thesis, quantitative-qualitative research was used. A written and electronic questionnaire designed for the stadium visitors was made in order to find out the satisfaction of the public skating visitors with the services provided at the Ludvík Košek Winter Hall in Turnov. Futhermore a semi-structured interview was conducted with the manager and semi-structured interviews with the stadium visitors were conducted to deepen the research. Results: The results of the research are represented by tables, graphs, classification crosses and diagrams. The results show that the stadium visitors are quite satisfied with the services. Visitors are most satisfied with the location of the stadium, the cleanliness of the lobby and reception. On the contrary, the worst rating is the opening hours and refreshments. Marketing communication of E-shop Sporticus

Title: Marketing communication of shop and e-shop Sporticus Objectives: The main objective of this master's thesis is to analyse and evaluate marketing communication of shop and e-shop Sporticus. Based on the acquired knowledge, then propose adjustments to streamline the already established activities in the field of marketing communication and at the same time present new measures and opportunities that should contribute to exploiting the potential and further development of shop and e-shop Sporticus. Methods: Qualitative research methods were used for the analysis of marketing communication. Specifically, a semi-structured interview with the shop owner, sales manager and administrator of e-shop. Selected internal documents and statistics (Heureka, SEO test, Facebook, business results) were analyzed. The selected method was accompanied by the participant observation, because the author has been regularly in direct confrontation with development of shop and e-shop Sporticus since September 2016. Title: Economic impact of the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to determine economic impact of the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang. Futhermore, this thesis finds out how the former host cities use Olympic venues, then compared with host cities and Pyeongchang. Methods: To determine economic impact of the Winter Olympics was used analysis based on study of various documents and websites. Also was used prognostic and comparative research to predict impacts and to make comparison across host cities. Results: The 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang was successful. By hosting the Olympics, transport infrastructure and the image of the country and Korean companies were improved, New buildings were constructed and invigorated the economy and tourism as well. However, negative impacts are shifting of people from Pyeongchang to next larger city, justification for using national money caused the increase of the national debt and the undecided plan of post-olympic use of venues. Title: Competency profile of football coach of women team Objectives: The aim of this work is to create a competency profile of women's football coach from the perspective of the women's football players. Methods: To achieve the aims of this work were used study of literature dealing with the issue of coaching, competencies and specifics of the female organism. The obtained data were supplemented and modified on the basis of informal interviews with women's football players. A 5-point Liker scale was chosen to assess the importance of individual competencies. Respondents were women's football players. They were asked about the importance of competencies by social networks. Results: The result of this work is a competency profile of a women's football coach which contains the most important competencies divided into several groups. Title: Awareness and attitudes to volleyball at a grammar school in Prague 8. Objectives: The main aim of this work is to find out what awareness and attitudes have students of the last two years at a selected grammar school in Prague 8, as a city district with a large volleyball settlement. In addition, general knowledge of volleyball and knowledge of the rules of this sport are examined. To assume not so much interest in volleyball, the next goal is to find out what sport predominates over volleyball among student, if they are already involved in someone. One of the goals is a certain recommendation for clubs based in the given territory how to work with this issue. Methods: For this work the main method of research was the method of quantitative, more precisely written questioning. The questionnaire created solely for this work provided data that identified interest in sport as such, about volleyball and knowledge of this sport. Results: The results showed that most students at the selected grammar school in Prague 8 don't follow the events around volleyball very much, so they don't even know the volleyball surroundings. Level of Aspiration and psychomotor tempo of squash players

Name: Level of Aspiration and psychomotor speed of squash players Aims: The aim of this thesis is to find out the differences between professional and performance squash players in the area of aspirations, psychomotor speed and resistance to stress. Further, to verify the hypothesis that professional players have a higher level of all these categories than performance players Methods: The thesis uses the quantitative questionnaire TATSO (2017), which is supplemented with a qualitative interview with trainers of squash professional players. Data are evaluated by statistical functions of Microsoft Excel and verified by f-test and T-test at 5% and 1% level of significance. Results: Research reveal statistically significant differences between professional and performance players at psychomotor speed and aspirations, while professional players showed significantly higher values, the results of this group proved above average even compared to the current test standards. The results of both groups were above average when tested for resistance to stress, but there was no significant difference between the selected test groups. The competence profile of volunteers coordinator in a sport event

Title: The competency profile of the coordinator of volunteers at a sports event Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to create the competency profile of the coordinator of volunteers, primarily from the perspective of volunteers, for the needs of organizers of sports events especially in the Labe aréna Račice. The secondary tasks are to create the same profile from the perspective of managers, then from the perspective of volunteers and managers and to compare those particular perspectives. Methods: The thesis combines qualitative and quantitative methods. Based on expert literature studies and interviews with the coordinators of volunteers and other managers of sports events a list of competencies necessary for the effective work of the coordinator of volunteers was created. Then the importance of individual competencies was evaluated by written questioning of volunteers at the 2019 Junior and U23 Canoe Sprint European Championships. Results: The created competency profile includes 20 competencies that were evaluated by volunteers as the most important ones. Judging systems of competitions in dancesport from judges point of view

Title: Judging systems of competitions in dance sport from judges point of view Objectives: The main goal of the thesis is to introduce the absolute judging system used on a dances sport competitions 3.0 to a wider public, and to describe differences between absolute judging systems 2.0, 2.1 and 3.0. Next goal is to map opinions, knowledge and attitudes of the TOP judges of the CDSF towards the judging systems of the dance sport. Methods: To obtain the necessary data for the elaboration of the thesis was used a method of electronic questionnaires. For the elaboration of a theoretical part of the thesis were used primary sources, professional literature and experts' own materials. Result: The thesis maps used systems of dance sport in the Czech Republic and abroad and their main progress towards objective and measurable judging. Based on survey, the questionnaire reveals the knowledge, opinions and attitudes of the Czech TOP judges towards System 3.0. In fact, the thesis is a breakthrough, because even though the absolute judging system 3.0 is already used in practice, there is still no Czech written documentation of its work or usage. Title: Diagnosis of selected competencies of track and field coach of youth Objectives: The main aim of the thesis is to diagnose selected competences of a coach of youth athletics and to verify the hypothesis about the connection between performance and the aspiration of coaches. Methods: The thesis used qualitative methods of research and psychological testing. The qualitative methods used were testing, observation and research. Psychological testing was in the form of TATSO test. Finally, the statistical method F-test was used Results: The results of the work will be a useful source of information for the Czech Athletic Association in the development of curricula for trainers and will also be an indicator for athletic clubs, which organize youth trainers.
