Title: Marketing communication of selected amateur tennis league Objectives: The objective of this thesis is to find out and evaluate the current state of marketing communication of amateur tennis league. The main aim is to create effective marketing communication enriched with new ideas that can be used by the tennis league to increas interest and attracting new potential members. Methods: The thesis combine quantitative and qualitative research with using analysis of tennis league documents. Quantitative research uses electronic and written questioning. Qualitative research uses the method of in-depth interview in the form of semi-structured interview. The obtained informations are processed by data analysis and serves as a basis for creating a marketing communication proposal. Results: The result of the thesis is a proposal of marketing communication, which is intended for amateur players Babolat ATTour. The popularity of minority sports in Czech Republic among the young generation

Title: The popularity of minority sports in Czech Republic among the young generation Objectives: The main objective of this work is to find out the popularity of selected minority sports among the young generation and then to compare the active and passive popularity. The secondary tasks are to find out the ideal communication channels for minority sports and to follow up recommendations for minority sports representatives to increase their sport's popularity. Methods: In the initial phase, electronic inquiry was used to determine the general, active and passive popularity of minority sports, to find the ideal communication channel and, last but not least, to propose recommendations for representatives of chosen minority sports. Statistical methods of absolute and relative frequency were used to analyse the results. After the initial research, a semi-structured interview with a marketing specialist followed, with which we analysed the results of the electronic inquiry. Results: As the results stated, there were large differences between active and passive popularity, which generally corresponds to the previous theory. At the same time, it was found that the selected minority sports are inefficiently using available social networks. Representatives of these sports should focus on them if they want...

Title: Marketing Customer Satisfaction Research in chosen company Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis was to find out, by means of marketing research, the customer satisfaction with the 20min Fitness services offered. The opinions and comments received served for working out a proposal to improve the services offered. The proposal will be presented to the management of 20min Fitness. Methods: Quantitative research in the form of written and electronic questioning was conducted to determine the customer satisfaction. Results: The results of the research are shown by using graphs and tables in the analytical part. The results of the survey revealed some shortcomings, but in general, the customers are satisfied with the services provided. Title: Marketing Research of Customers' Satisfaction in a Prague Sports Centre Objectives: The main goal of this work is to gather information about customers' satisfaction in one Prague Sports Centre through marketing research. Then, based on that research, analyze the data so that conclusions and possible further recommendations for the management of the sports center can be made. Methods: In this thesis, both quantitative and qualitative methods of the marketing research were used. Qualitative in the form of two interviews that were held in the centre - one with the manager of the centre and the second one with two members of staff, last but not least a hidden observation of one sport class in the sport centre. Quantitative method was in the form of an electronic questionnaire filled in by 136 customers of the sport centre by computer in the hall. Results: This thesis has revealed that the sport centre is very popular among its customers but there are still few things to improve. The results of this work are also suggestions of some possible improvements that could lead to an increased attendance at the sport centre during less popular days and times while also increasing customer's satisfaction and total revenue. Objectives: The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to create a proposal to improve the marketing communication of The Bike company for the upcoming season, based on the analysis and evaluation of the current marketing communication from the perspective of the customer and the company management. Methods: The qualitative and quantitative research method was used in this thesis. Specifically, an in-depth semi-structured interview with the company owner is used to obtain management data and written and electronic queries to obtain customer data. The thesis also used methods of observation and analysis of internal documents. Results: The result of this thesis is the concept of marketing communication for the upcoming season. Title: The Use of online marketing in chosen sports e-shop Objectives: The objective of this thesis is to evaluate the use of online marketing in chosen sports e-shop The objective is to evaluate the use and settings of individual online marketing channels with emphasis on evaluating settings and structure of PPC campaigns. Then recommend suitable settings and structure of individual online marketing channels on the grounds on data analysis and also suggest new strategy of online marketing channels on the basis of framework See-Think-Do-Care, Methods: Methods used in this thesis: observation of online marketing area, monitoring and synthesis, analysis of PPC campaigns, analysis of e-mailing campaigns, analysis of commodity comparators settings, SEO analysis and analysis of social media. Next used methods were monitoring and synthesis. Popularity of esports among UK students

Title: Popularity of esports in Czech Republic Objective: The objective of this bachelor thesis is to find out the popularity of esports in Czech republic. The primary aim of the thesis is to figure out if the people of Czech Republic were interested in attending a big esports event which would take place in the Czech Republic. The thesis further focuses on respondents' knowledge of Czech and world esports teams and players. Methods: Research was done by questioning. The main instrument of the thesis was electronic questionnaire, which was tailored specifically for the purpose of this thesis. Resultsy: Results of this research show, that people of the Czech Republic are more and more aware of esports. The majority of respondents, that are actively interested in esports, showed big interest in attending the tournament. Respondents also showed solid knowledge of Czech and world esports scene. 1 Abstract Title: Marketing communication of Hervis Sports company Objectives: The main aim of the Diploma Thesis is to analyse marketing communication of Hervis Sports company and is suggestions for improvement based on informations of Hervis Sports employee, the results of research and analysis of documents. Methods: The main metods of collectiong datas used in this Diploma Thesis were in - depth interview with one of the head employee of Hervis Sports company and marketing research focused on knowing Hervis Sports and its communications methods. For the description of marketing communications was used analyse of documents. Results: From results of in - depth interview and marketing research has been found that in current time marketing communication is more focused on customers shopping in stores. The most money Hervis Sports spend for marketing communication with customer through leaflets. Based on marketing research has been found that 71 % of respondents recieved leaflets at least once. Hervis Sports hardly work on improving of online communication and started to invest more money to this section.
