Use of energy assessment for the design of the building with almost zero energy consumption

The diploma thesis deals with the design of nearly zero energy buildings. It focuses primarily on optimizing the thermal insulation thickness at a cost-optimal level. Based on energy consumption analysis, three heat sources are selected and then evaluated using an energy assessment. The building is evaluated in terms of energy, economic and environmental.
Energy optimization of the administrative building

The diploma thesis deals with the energy audit of administrative building. In the theoretical part I described the heat pumps. In a calculated part I proposed austerity measures and created of them saving variant. I chose the most suitable variant and assess it from an economic and ecological point of view. In the third part, I use the calculation program to optimize the building.
Boiler efficiency and indirect heating of hot water

This diploma thesis deals with efficiency of heat sources and indirect heating of hot water. First part of this thesis is about heating of hot water, particulary indirect heating of hot water and it is all summarized in theoretical knowledge section. Second part deals with central heating and indirect heating of hot water in four floor flat house. The heat source for this object is cascade of two gas condensing boilers. In this building there are mostly used panel radiators. In the last, third part, I experimentaly deal with operational efficiency of heating sources with heating of hot water.
Advanced methods of application of thermal techniques in the design of heating buildings

The diploma thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is theoretical devoted to the introduction of BETONG building material. And next It is also devoted to themes of low - energy buildings and nearly zero-energy buildings, heat sharing and thermal comfort. In the second part is the concept of the heating system elaborated in three variants of the design in the scope of the study for the new family house. The third part is devoted to use of shell blocks of the BETONG with internal contact insulation compared to other masonry systems.

The Bachelor Thesis deals with the possibilities of an independent producer in the Czech environment in drama series with application to the author's own project. The first part defines the basic terms and explains the work process and the selection of respondents. The second part consists of four semi-structured interviews, each dealing with another type of series and another type of broadcaster. Before each interview, there is a case study of the relevant project, which is discussed further during the interview. The third part is a description of the author's own project. The last chapter before the conclusion deals with the topic of the Czech Film Fund and its support for serial production. The conclusion of the paper deals with the same elements that are based on the interviews and attempts to apply them to the author's own project. The work could be an inspiration for the beginning producers.
Helminths as causative agents of vertebrate cancers

Opisthorchis viverrini, Clonorchis sinensis, and Schistosoma haematobium have been classified as the group 1 of carcinogens by the International Agency for Research on Cancer. Infections with opisthorchid flukes may lead to the development of cholangiocarcinoma of the liver, and those with schistosomes to the squamous carcinoma of the bladder. The link between helminth infections and carcinomas has been confirmed, and the exact mechanisms of carcinoma induction are at present intensively studied. There are some other representatives of helminths that are probably associated with cancers, but their direct effect on the process of carcinogenesis has not been confirmed yet. The formation of tumors can also occur via malignant transformation of totipotent parasite cells that become invasive and metastasize to different parts of the host body. However, some types of helminths may exhibit an opposite effect and show an anti-tumor activity. This review primarily focuses on the helminths associated with the development of cancer and the currently described mechanisms of carcinogenesis caused by such infections.
Interactions of the eggs and miracidia of Trichobilharzia regenti with the duck nasal mucosa

Trichobilharzia regenti is a nasal avian schistosome which has during the initial phase of infection an affinity to the nervous system. Larvae migrate through the central nervous system to the nasal mucosa of waterfowl, where they mature and reproduce. Until now this infection phase has been described only marginally. Adults are located in the nasal mucosa approximately from 13th to 24th day post infection. During this life phase, they migrate through the vascularized connective tissue and lay eggs, the presence of which has been detected in the tissue only. Maturation and hatching of miracidia occur in the tissue (unlike human schistosomes). The parasite causes inflammation, and the tissue is infiltrated with immune cells. Lymphocytes, granulocytes, macrophages, plasma cells and giant multi-nuclear cells were described by histological methods. The thesis is focused on a more detailed description of cellular immune response and histopathological changes of the tissue by means of histological stains, and antibody/lectin probes. The flukes were observed more frequently in the blood vessel lumen, together with a higher number of immune cells compared to the healthy duck. Heating of vacation property

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design a heating object for recreation. The building has two above-ground floors. On the first floor there are the fire brigade, the reception and the common room. On the second floor are located rooms and apartment manager. Heating is solved by plate radiators with a local heat source. Design of water heating is solved. The lounge room on the first floor is forced air-conditioned units. The theoretical part is about boilers, their types and boiler plants.
Heating and preparation of the HDW via a heat pump

The bachelor thesis solves the design of heating in kindergarten in town Ostrava. The theoretical part deals with the topic of heat pumps. The calculating part conta-ins the design of heating the building using hot-water underfloor heating and the radiators. As heat source is designed heat pump air-water. Part of the calculation is also the preparation of hot water and design all the necessary equipment of the system.
Energy Performance certificate of the Building and Energy Review

This bachelor thesis solves the energy assessment of the apartment building. The theoretical part deals with heat pumps, because in the practical part the heat pump is proposed as a saving measure. In the computational part there is an analysis of the energy needs and flows of the building and energy assessment of the building. The project includes certificate of energy performance of the building and energy assessment.
