Design of mechanical, electrical construction and software equipment of autonomous cell "Ice crusher" for Industry 4.0 testbed.

The goal of this bachelor thesis is design and construction of an autonomous cell on a production line with the purpose of being an „ice crusher“. The purpose of this cell is to be part of a Testbed. The cell will be controlled using a HMI touch panel and PLC 1200. Information about how much ice the cell should pour into a glass is stored in an NFC chip on the bottom of the glass. The first part of the thesis comprises of brief introduction to Industry 4.0 alongside with description of the default and current state of Industry 4.0 testbed. Another part describes mechanical and electrical design of the cell. Last part of the cell describes software of the cell alongside with description of testing and installing the cell to the testbed.

Klastry turbostratického uhlíku jsou popsány pomocí sady fyzikálních parametrů. Pomocí počítačových simulací je popsán vliv těchto parametrů na výslednou rozptylovou křivku. Dále je předkládán popis dvou typů uhlíkových nanotrubic a je popsán vliv typu a rozměrů uhlíkových nanotrubic na výslednou rozptylovou křivku. Pro experimentální část práce byla připravena série vzorků turbostratického uhlíku žíhaného při teplotách 300℃, 600℃, 800℃, 1000℃, 1200℃, 1400℃ a 1800℃. Pomocí maloúhlového rozptylu rentgenového záření byla určena velikost nanočástic a jejich rozdělení, velikost mikropórů, specifický povrch a dimenze povrchového fraktálu. Frequency of normal weight obese preschoolers and its physical fitness - selected populations of children from 6 Prague kindergartens

Title: Frequency of normal weight obese preschool children and its physical fitness - selected populations of children from 6 Prague kindergartens. Objectives: The goal of this thesis is to find out the occurence and physical fitness of preschool age children with normal weight obese and compare it with physical fitness of normal weight non-obese preschool children and children with overweight and obese. Methods: Observation is the main method used in this thesis (regarding to title). We analysed 289 preschool aged children and chose BMI index in the range of 25th to 80th percentil, according to Vignerova at al. (2006) along with values of each skinfold higher then 85th percentil according to Bláha et al. (1990), to identify normal weight obese children. Physical fitness was based on several tests: multistage 20 metre shuttle run, standing long jump, sit-ups, sit- and-reach, throw ball with alternative hands. To analyse all the facts and get results we used descriptive statistics, tests of normaltity and ANOVA. Results: We identified n = 12 normal weight obese children (4,15 %) from all participating children. Academic dishonesty and its relationship to work ethics

The thesis is concerned with possible relationship between the rate and kinds of academic dishonesty and work ethics. In the first segment of the theoretical section of the thesis, the extent of present research concerned with the reciprocal relationship of breaking of the rules in the context of school and work and the possibility of predicting aspects of work ethics on the basis of having knowledge about the rate of academic dishonesty of a given individual, is summarized. The second theoretical segment is a descripitiona and discussion of research of factors which affect both dishonesty in the school context and aspects of work ethics. On the basis of identification of these factors are in the empirical section analysed data, which were acquired through surveying of university level and high school students. Significant difference betwen the rates of dishonesty in high school and university level context, which is contradictory to some of the previous research literature.Relationship of the students to their grades and to some extent, gender, were shown to be significant influence on rate of academic dishonesty. The analysis of the direczt relationship between academic dishonesty and work ethics has yielded mixed results, suggesting, that the relationship si more complex than previously suspected
Study of the structure of ferromagnetic semiconductors by x-ray scattering methods

We studied epitaxial layers of Gallium Manganese Arsenide by various x-ray scattering methods. Since the positions of the Mn dopant in the a host GaAs lattice are crucial for magnetic properties of this material, we focused mainly on a development of the laboratory diffraction method capable to identify Mn in particular crystallographic positions. From the measured diffracted intensity distributed along Crystal Truncation Rods, it is possible deduce the density of Mn interstitials in two non-equivalent crystallographic positions. It is possible to decrease the interstitial Mn density by annealing. We demonstrated our method on severally annealed epitaxial layer. The depth profile of interstitial density was determined after each annealing. The annealing process was simulated by the solving of the Drift- Diffusion equations. From the comparison with the experimentally determined interstitial densities, we estimated the diffusivity of Mn interstitials in the GaAs lattice. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

This thesis is focused on creating a bussines plan of Japanesse type tearoom. The theoretical part defines basic concepts such as business, entrepreneur, enterprise, business plan also includes distribution companies under legal forms in the Czech Republic, and insight into structuring a business plan. There are analyzes necessary for establishment in conclusion of the theoretical work. The practical part is focused on the preparation of the business plan itself tearoom in Kladno. There are all needed requisites of bussines plan, from baseline informations about company until financial statement.

ABSTRACT This work deals with the analysis and design of information system for company STAVOČ spol. s r. o., which is engaged in earthworks, building works, renovations and locksmithery. The work is divided into three main parts. The first part is the introduction to the theoretical basis. The second part is an analysis of the current situation, where the use of specialized techniques is to assess the state of information technology and systems, together with the requirements of company on this system. In the third part, I will discuss the proposal of the information system according to specific requirements on functionality.
