Legal Responsibility in Sports

The aim of this study is to determine how law is connected to sport and how it affects the sport. The main section of the study is understanding involvement of the law in sport when an injury occurs. Examples from czech professional literature were used for that. In the study I describe real injuries from various sports. I mention rules, regulations and then I also describe sanctions and penalties for violating the rules. I discuss it from the sport legislation view and I explain why the law had to be applied.
Project proposal for the establishment of a wildlife rehabilitation centrum in the Czech Republic

The aim of this thesis was to develop a project for the establishment of a wildlife rehabilitation centrum in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part focuses on the description of the rehabilitation centrum, their activities, their history, and also the National Network of Rehabilitation Stations, legislation and the non-profit sector. In each chapter of the theoretical part there are mentioned the similarities of rehabilitation centrums in Slovakia, the United Kingdom and the United States. The practical part is based on the obtained information. This part include an overview of the differences in the issue of rehabilitation stations in the world with the comparison of the Czech Republic. The rest of the practical part deals with the project of setting up a rehabilitation station near the czech town Jindřichův Hradec. This project was developed on the basis of studied literature and two structured interviews.
False Advertising in Tourism

This Bachelors thesis introduces the issue of false advertising from legal and marketing point of view. It presents specific examples of false advertising in various fields, with an emphasis on tourism. A questionnaire survey was conducted to complement the thesis by showing respondents' experience with false advertising and to show how it impacts their purchasing behaviour.
The pitfalls of social engineering, prevention and protection

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of social engineering, especially from the point of view of threats, which is present for society today. In addition to clarifying the concept itself, the aim of the thesis is to familiarize itself with the most common tools and methods of social engineering, with respect to expansion of information technologies, which is a golden age for the given branch. The output of this thesis is a general manual for the manager. It will form the cornerstone of information security settings and will be an imaginary counterbalance to identified threats and also as a possible tool for employee training.
Receivables, their reinsurance and ways of recovery

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to provide creditors, whether legal or natural persons, with a brief overview of ways of recovering and securing receivables. The thesis consists of finding out the advantages and disadvantages of individual ways of recovering of receivables in the Czech Republic, through a concrete practical problem, which is in the thesis applied to every way of recovery. At the same time, the thesis contains a comparison of the recovery of receivables in the Slovak Republic. The summary of the thesis is through a chart, which presents the advantages and disadvantages of individual ways. The content of the conclusion is the author's recommendation and a transparent chart, which compares all ways of recovery with respect to the problem solved.
Psychic terror in the workplace

In this bachelor thesis named Psychological terror in the work place I explain the problematic and single terms which are included in this topic. In this thesis, I present concerned observation in the chosen work place that I made, and introduce observed forms of psychological terror between employees. I created some advised measures for prevention and dealing with psychological terror in the workplace between employees based on observed behavior, which are evaluated by the agent of the management of the company. This thesis contains also presentation of some differences in opinions on determination of psychological terror forms as well as on interest of workers in important information for defense against the psychological terror
Man as a victim of domestic violence

The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to draw attention to the fact that even a man can become the victim of domestic violence. Nowadays, this issue is already being discussed, but the issue of domestic violence against women or children is still at the forefront. The second goal is to determine the attitude of the public to the issue whether they are aware that even a man can be a victim. At the beginning of the theoretical part, I focused on defining the concept of domestic violence: its definition, forms, characters, cycle Then I continued with the protection of domestic violence and victims of domestic violence. In the last part of the theoretical part, I looked at the man as a victim of domestic violence. I dedicated what can be a role of man in a domestic violence, what are the manifestations of this domestic violence, how can a threatened man be helped. Finally, I added real life cases. To achieve the intended goals, I used a qualitative research method in the practical part, with the main research method being an anonymous questionnaire. The questionnaire contains 14 questions, of which 12 questions are with a closed answer and for 2 questions respondents answered in their own words. At the end of the thesis I worked with the results of the questionnaire.

Title: MARKETING MIX OF SPORTS CENTER HAMR - BRANÍK AND ITS IMPROVEMENT SUGGESTIONS Targets: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse current marketing mix of sports center Hamr - Braník, through marketing research find out customers satisfaction and perform SWOT analysis. The ascertained results will be used for improvement suggestions of each marketing mix part, which will lead to better services quality, customers satisfaction and whole company functioning, especially its economic results. Methods: The marketing mix analysis was performed through quantitative marketing research, specifically the questionaire. Situational analysis - SWOT analysis was used as well. Abstract: The bachelor thesis "Marketing mix of sports center and its improvement suggestions" deal with current marketing mix analysis and its improvements based on marketing research results are suggested. The theoretical part defines basic marketing and marketing mix terms considering to the sports environment. The methodological part describes the research methods and its consecutive analysis. The final part of this bachelor thesis includes evaluated marketing research results, specifically the questionaire and SWOT analysis. Optimization of Wage Costs in a selected Organization

The diploma thesis deals with optimization of personal costs, mainly consisting of wage costs in organizations. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part comprises description of individual cost components of personal costs incl. calculation examples and impact on tax deduction. The main aim of this thesis is to characterize procedures and methods of personal costs optimization in companies. Special attention had been paid to procedures and methods of optimization of personal costs that arising in companies focusing on publishing. The practical part deals with analysis of personal costs in the company of Litmedia a.s. and development thereof in the last five years. The results were compared with personal costs in a different undertaking engaged in similar activities. The final part assesses the impact of optimization of overall personal costs on the results of an organization and proposes recommendations on how to increase cost effectiveness while achieving goals of the given company.
Consumer Credit in the Czech Republic from the Client’s Perspective

The aim of the thesis titled Consumer Credit in the Czech Republic from the Client´s Perspective is the analysis of the offer of consumer credit loans in the Czech market and an explanation of the basic problems of consumer credit. The first part explains basic information and theoretical concepts related to the issue. In the second part of the thesis, these concepts are put into practice and two model examples are used to explain the procedure for selecting a credit product that will meet the consumer´s needs. The section deals with the comparison of these products. Credit loans are subjected to the comparison in terms of total costs and sub-parameters of the loans, which affect the costs. Following the results of the comparison, the conclusion contains practical recommendations for consumers. The thesis results in a comprehensive educational text that will help anyone interested in consumer financial products to make their choice.
