The Quantification of Damages caused by breach of the European Union Competition Law and Private Enforcement of its Compensation Abstract Effective competition is key issue for achieving the economic prosperity of the internal market, improving the quality of production and maximizing employment. On the contrary restriction of the competition can lead to inefficient allocation of resources, loss of economic welfare and damages to both competitors and consumers. Achieving and maintaining of the effective competition is therefore one of the main objectives of the European Union. This can be achieved through means of public and private enforcement. While pubic enforcement has, in particular, punitive and deterring function, private enforcement has, in particular, compensatory function. Despite these differences both categories complement each other. That is why this thesis deals with the relationship between private and public enforcement. On 26 November 2014, the European Union adopted Directive 2014/104/EU, which partially harmonises private enforcement in relation to the right to compensation for damages caused by a breach of competition law. - Anglický jazyk Unfair terms in consumer contracts in the scope of the Council Directive 93/13/EEC The protection of consumer against unfair terms in consumer contracts was enacted to our legal order by the transposition of the Council Directive 93/13/EEC, on unfair terms in consumer contract. Until the day of the entry of the Czech Republic to the European Union, there was no legal regulation of the unfair terms in the Czech Republic. Firstly, the aim of this thesis was to evaluate the pros and cons of the Council Directive 93/13/EEC. Consequently this thesis deals with the detailed analysis of the transposition of the directive to the legal order of the Czech Republic. As for the questions de lege ferenda, from this point of view thesis proposes the way of elimination of the lacks of the Council Directive 93/13/EEC and the lacks of the regulation of unfair terms in the valid Czech Civil Code. In the case of the new Civil Code the thesis deals mainly with the questions of conformity of the new Civil Code to the valid Council Directive 93/13/EEC and also deals with the future evolution of the consumer law at the level of the European Union. MOLECUBES technology application in robotics

This thesis deals with modular robotics and self-reconfigurable robotic systems. At the beginning are systems defined and classified, the main emphasis is on Molecubes. After that, similar system is designed with a focus on the actual construction of the modules. In conclusion, several sample assemblies was made.
