Methods: This bachelor's thesis was compiled on the base of internship on the Faculty's hospital Královské Vinohrady during the time period from 23. 1. 2017 - 17. 2. 2017. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is concerned with theoretical findings related to this diagnosis. The second, special part encompasses case report of a patient with diagnosis Vertebrogenic algic syndrome of lumbar spine with defect statics and dynamics of the spine. Results: In the first part it was managed to create theoretical knowledge of the issue. Success of therapy from the second part was confirmed by the output kinesiology analysis. The positive effects of therapeutic units are already visible subjective sensations and the pain reduction of patients. On the examinations results, we can see the improvement from input kinesiology analysis. Key...

The Special Part of Bachelor Thesis presents case study of female patient in the course of particular therapies, and overall therapy's effect. Results: Physiotherapeutic care of the patient was observed to be helpful and positive results were reached not only in the objective, but also in subjective way. As the most effective is considered respiratory physiotherapy especially for activation of stabilizing muscles of the spine, then soft tissue techniques and positive thermotherapy. The reduction of muscle dysbalance was achieved, also as improvement of decompensation of scoliosis and stability. These improvements affected gait stereotype positively. Conclusion: The cooperation with patients suffering the postpoliomyelitic syndrome demands daily care of medical start, and primarily, active...

Author: Michala Paseleková Work title: Casuistry of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient recovering from intervertebral disc prolapse surgery The aim of this thesis is to make a comprehensive view on the surgery of intervertebral disc L4/L5 prolapse, follow-up rehabilitation, and also to familiarize with the theoretical knowledge of this issue. The presented data were gained from the contiguous practical training experience in Faculty Hospital Královské Vinohrady in Prague at the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, where I processed the casuistry of a patient with this disorder. The practice took place under the expert guidance of Eva Konečná and Mgr. Šimon Biskup during the period from 24.1.2011 to 18.2.2011. I used the processing of case study dealing with the surgery of intervertebral disc L4/L5 prolapse, and matters related to this issue. The result is a clarification of the operational solution of intervertebral disc prolapse and problems associated with this disorder, including follow-up rehabilitation treatment.
