The bachelor thesis focuses on an analysis of selected economical indicators of a construction firm using methods like time lines and regressive analysis. First part of the thesis is aimed on theoretical background explaining calculation, analysis as well as interpretation of time lines and regressive analysis in economy. In the next, practical part, the thesis focuses on characteristics of a firm, its analysis using selected indicators which are interpreted later on.

This master’s thesis describes export competitiveness of small and medium enterprises in European Union, factors influencing their performance and decision making regarding export activities. By the support of relevant literature and studies, critical view is given on this issue. At the end of the paper the conclusions and further recommendations are proposed.

Důchodové systémy zemí Visegrádské čtyřky se zaměřením na 2. a 3. pilíř

První pilíř důchodového systému je v České republice dlouhodobě ztrátový. Populace stárne a tím pádem deficit důchodového konta roste. Práce pojednává o nutnosti obyvatel přestat se spoléhat na zabezpečení v důchodu státem. Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou výnosnosti druhého a třetího pilíře a analýzou míry zásahů státního aparátu do těchto pilířů. Analýzy jsou poskytnuty u všech států Visegrádské čtyřky. Dochází zde k zjištění, zda a v jaké míře existuje mezi výnosností a státními zásahy korelace. Následuje srovnání různých postojů jednotlivých států. Práce ukazuje, jaké výhody a nevýhody pro občana přináší rozdílný postoj České republiky.
