Bioinformatical analysis of the complex multidimensional microscopy datasets

Microscopy is embedded in the history of life sciences and vice versa. Recent advances in the field present new challenges as new revolutionary technologies arise. Sample prepa- ration, microscope operation and data analysis have become particularly demanding re- quiring specific interdisciplinary expertise. Bioimaging data analysis is computationally demanding, as microscopy technologies can easily acquire data of exceptional size, often in terabytes. Correct analysis requires computer vision knowledge, as well as knowledge of studied biological systems and last, but not least deep understanding of microscopy technology. Tools available for the analysis of the imaging data vary from open-source customizable software with a coverage of multiple tasks to a task specific proprietary software. To choose the best tools for the analysis, analysts should know their options and tasks at hand. In bioimage analysis the tasks needed to be employed depend on the desired outcome and the acquisition technology. Amongst the possible tasks to con- sider belong deconvolution, segmentation and registration. Amount of approaches and algorithms available is progressively growing, resulting in a complex field, difficult to be easily familiar with. This bachelor work is concerned with motivation factors which have an influence on attractiveness of apprenticeship and in general a manual works and connect it with social, biological and economic factors. It place emphasis on the root of the trouble included social one, that resulted to an attractiveness decrease. It present overview of didactic methods with emphasis on their common characteristics and stability also. Another part of this work present a specific example of teaching result's dependency on teaching method's choice.

1 RP - Big Data Legal Aspects, Martin Čapek, 2019 Abstract Herein presented paper focuses primarily on a complicated relationship between law and data as such, putting greater emphasis on individual legal aspects of use of the big volume data, so called "big data", and their key role for modern digital economy. The paper itself is divided into three main chapters. First chapter presents more general description of the big data phenomenon and at the same time it describes various possibilities of their use. In the second chapter, the big data as well as the data as such and their use are viewed through the lens of relevant areas of law. The final chapter uncovers a set of selected challenges to which, in general, the use of data faces in the digital world while attempting to outline their theoretical solutions. Within the scope of the first chapter the primary objective was to bring the big data phenomenon closer to the wider legal community without having been unnecessarily burdened with technical details. The description of the big data thus focused not only on their typical features, but also on their processing and general use in society, including the relevant specifics of use in individual sectors.
