Investment project in the municipality

This thesis deals with the issue of the municipality's investment plan. The theoretical part first explains what public contracts are and how they can be financed in practice. In the theoretical part of the thesis, individual methods for evaluating the effectiveness of public investments are also described in detail, and the issue of investment planning is also approached. In the practical part, a case study is prepared, the aim of which is to characterize the selected investment plan in the village Jeneč, to determine the socio-economic impacts on the development of the village and finally to evaluate the influence of the selected investment on the development of the village.

In the Bachelor's work on the topic "Evaluation of the Impact of Tax Accounting" describes how individual species will affect the accounting management of construction enterprise. The first part focuses on the theoretical inputs and defines the requirements for accounting and tax records. In the second part of my work focused on a case study, a comparison of a natural or legal person, as an entrepreneur, based on the calculation of the levy of taxes and social insurance. According to the amount of levy taxes, social and health insurance will evaluate that business is more favorable for the subject.
