This bachelor´s thesis examines influence of implementation of insulations against soil moisture and insulation of flat roofs on the price and quality of construction. The theoretical part describes the pricing, costs, costing, budgets and possible materials for insulation of buildings. In the practical part, technology of insulation for concrete construction of a house are selected, their characteristics, which may affect the structure are described and their budgets are calculated. Finally, the influence of insulation on the price and quality of construction is evaluated.

The theoretical part is devoted to investments, feasibility study, analysis of cash flows and the criteria for determining the economic efficiency. Then there is characterized by development activity, the creation of cash flows and the discount rate. The practical part describes the chosen development project, the determination of cash flows, an assessment of economic efficiency and sensitivity to potential risks.
