Attitudes of managers to supervision in direct care

This bachelor thesis deals with problematics of supervision in direct care employees in elderly houses. Theoretical part serve for clarification term supervision in historical point of view, legislative basis and definition of supervision. Furthermore, in theoretical part are described specifications of direct care including related ricks. Concurrently deal with specifications of supervision with direct care employees. The research part describe questionnaire survey managers in direct care in elderly houses and try to find out their personal experience and attitude.

Elements of absurd drama in Tres Sombreros de copa of Miguel Mihura

This Bachelor's tesis examines work Tres sombreros de copa of Miguel Mihura with emphasis in elements of absurd drama which are important for development of spanish literature and drama in 20th century. Work also contain biography statement about autor, historic context and teoretic part about absurd drama.There is also comparison with greats writers of absurd drama or with Mihura's contemporaries. In the end, there is a chapter with proofs about well dating of end of the book. Ending is created by analysis of the play. Whole analysis is divided to the sub-chapters according to elements which are typical for absurd drama.
