Automatic detection of eye movement
Kaňa, Michal ; Švrček, Martin (referee) ; Kolářová, Jana (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with possibilities of using computer system Biopac for detection of eye movements. Reader is introduced to problematics of eye movement, method of measuring with the help of electrooculography and computer system Biopac. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to design a procedure of measuring and method of processing of evaluated data. This elaborated method of procedure allows measuring eye movement detection based on the method of Electrooculography and present results of measuring data. Functionality of the method was demonstrated on the results which are also part of the thesis.
Infuence of Technological Parameters on Electrochemical Properties of Negative Electrode in Lithium-ion Cell
Kaňa, Michal ; Máca, Josef (referee) ; Libich, Jiří (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with lithium-ion batteries. It is focused on negative electrode on grafit based. The goal of this thesis is to show the problematics of lithium-ion batteries together with possibilities for improvement of their basic parametres as capacity and current elektricity loadability. The first part is focused on the description of functionality of lithiumion battery. The second part is practical and it is focused on production of negative electrodes from natural graphite 280H which has different thickness and compression pressure. The third part describes preparation of negative electrodes from natural graphite 280H and also includes results of measurement. In the last part are different types of negative electrodes from natural graphite 280H compared and evaluated including the determination of conclusions. This comparison and evaluation based on obtained data.
Kohonen network
Kaňa, Michal ; Hynčica, Tomáš (referee) ; Jirsík, Václav (advisor)
The problems with artificial neuron systems, or, more precisely, with self-organising neuron systems and their usage, have been concisely described in this Bachelor's thesis. The thesis is more deeply concerned with the Kohonen self-organising system and describes the principle of its study and programmes for its simulation. The practical part of the thesis concerns the problem of regulating initial neuron weights in the Kohonen system and their effect upon the final position of the surviving neuron. This effect is demonstrated in the selected experiment set with the help of the programme MATLAB.
Expanded Grpahite as Negative Electrode Material for Aporotic Intercalation Systems
Kaňa, Michal ; Čech, Ondřej (referee) ; Libich, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deals with lithium-ion batteries. It focuses primarily on the materials which are the basis of negative electrode materials, especially on natural expanded graphite. The aim of this thesis is delineate problems of lithium-ion batteries and the possibilities how to improve their basic parameters such a capacity and current carrying capacity. The first part focuses on the description of the functionality of a lithium-ion battery. The second part focuses on the production of negative electrodes, measuring their properties and characteristics. In the last part, there are evaluated and compared individual negative electrode in the role of host of lithium and sodium ions according to the obtained data and then there are the conclusions draw
