	Promotion of regional development in South Africa through increasing level of cyber security Haas, Michal Topic of this diploma thesis is focused on cyber security situation in African Union particularly in South Africa looking and analyzing the legislative background of African Union and South Africa after introduction of African Union Convention on Cyber Security and Personal Data Protection. Legal background supported on continental level and governmental level should point on importance of this topic and encourage states bodies for action. Analysis and comments on legal aspects, suggestions and regulations introduced in the Convention together with practical examples from global environment and South Africa as well will point on opportunities in regional development consiting in this topic. In suggestion part is proposed Cyber Security Concept that is transferring general articles from African Union Convention into short guide with comments on ratified content by Member States of African Union, reviewing those points wirh our related topic and filling up missing parts based on experiences from European Union. 	Disordes of speech formation in patients with clefts Haas, Michal ; Dušková, Markéta (advisor) The reason for choosing the topic for my thesis is the application of the individual opportunities for communication and exchange of information. Therefore, care about communication disorders one of the priorities of medicine of the 21st century. Also in patients with cleft lip and palate in currently evaluating treatment success based on the quality and extent of speech removing marks from defects in appearance. Cleft lip and palate is one of the most common birth defects (in the Czech Republic on 1 500 births). Their treatment in the Czech Republic has a long tradition associated with the name of academician Frantisek Burian, who many original procedures enriched operational methodology injuries and malformations of the face, especially clefts. In addition to affecting speech has morphological character defect negative functional effects on swallowing, breathing and chewing. Aesthetically it is a facial disability Triangle, which most affects the overall appearance of the face. Full rehabilitation of these patients require multidisciplinary treatment, which starts immediately after birth and continues into adulthood. 	Characteristics of transportation site and evaluation of infrastructure for state Cameroon Haas, Michal This Bachelor thesis is focused on characteristics of transportation site in Cameroon and its evaluation by morphological signs that are used in measurements of transportation infrastructure. Another topic covered in my thesis is related with description of composite indicators and measuring of logistic performance of Cameroon through Logistic Performance Index. The Obtained information were used for the description of local situation with analysis of morphological signs and Logistic Performance Index.
