This bachelor thesis deals with labour relations, specifically with employment and agreements to perform work. It focuses on possibilities how to save the cost of a new employee remuneration and using subsidies from the Labour Office. Based on the labour costs analysis of employees, there are suggested optimal solutions for reduction and savings of costs for capital company.
