Methodology training in sports matches in karate

Title: Methodology training in sports matches in karate Objectives: The main aim of this work is to create a model of development of movement skills and special skills and knowledge of of tactics needed to manage difficult situations in sports match. Methods: In our thesiswe used a method of analysis and study of documents, historical method and the method of compilation and comparison. The method of analysis was applied in the analysis of various aspects of discipline kumite and method of compilation and comparison in the comparison of traditional and modern teaching methods. Method photographs and video footage was used for multimedia processing the issue with output in the form of a DVD. Results: The result of this study is a modern concept of teaching sport match which follows the changing trends in the development of karate raised working towards Olympic sport. Tittle: Muscles inbalances at fighters in thaiboxing Objectives: Purpose of the bachelor thesis is to diagnose the actual state of the mobile system of athletes in thaiboxing, who are involved in this sport for many years on professional level and to find out, if there are any muscle imbalances and/or bad posture of the body. Part of the thesis is specialized to find out if left or right stance of the fighter has any impact on asymmetrical posture. Methods: Its method of quantity research, where to get the results, we used method of observing, testing and expert criticize under the physiotherapist supervisor. Results: Professional athletes (fighters) in thaiboxing have defective posture and muscle imbalances that are characteristic for upper crossed system, which we found out based on static and dynamic examination of the mobile system. Kinesiological analysis of selected techniques in greco-romain wrestling

Title: Kinesiological analysis of selected techniques in greco-romain wrestling Objective: The aim of this Thesis is to measure the extent to which various muscles are involved during the practice of the wrestling technique body lock, lift and suplex. It also considers the order in which the muscles are involved. The research applies surface electromyography. Methods: The theoretical part of this Thesis is predominantly based on the method of analysis and synthesis of the specialized literature. In the practical part, the surface electromyography was used to measure which muscles are involved in the body lock, lift and suplex. Subsequently, the difference of the motion performance of the four probands was evaluated. Furthermore, the timing of muscle activation was monitored. Results: The evaluation of the result showed that musculus rectus femoris is the most involved in the movement and the least musculus obliquus externus abdominis. In addition, it was found that m. Obliquus externus abdominis is involved first, while the last one is involved with m. Biceps femoris. Key words: Wrestling, electromyography, quality of movement, muscle activation
Common boxing injuries

Title: Common boxing injuries Objectives: Description of the causes of injuries and summarize the common frequent injury in training and matches of amateur and professional boxing. Methods: In this work was used the scientific method of the questionnaire and subsequent evaluation of analytical and synthetic data. Data analysis method was used in the theoretical part, which analyzed the literature and empirical part where the points were analyzed questionnaire, based on the graphical representation. Synthetic method was used to compare different points of the questionnaire and discussion work.In the study subjects are evaluated frequency of injuries in boxing, the causes of injuries and recovery time. Results: Through a questionnaire survey it was found that most frequently injury takes place a injury of the facial part of boxer's head. It was found 57% of all injuries in boxing in the facial part and it is a minor abrasions or bruises that do not affect the athlete's performance. Keywords: box, injury, joint, contest

Title: Technical maturity of a kickbox representative Objectives: The main goal of this thesis is to determine the level of technical maturity of each adult kickbox representative, whether it is dedicated to semi-contact or full-contact disciplines. Another objective is to compare three views on the technical maturity of each representative, according to the representative himself and two state coaches. Then to compare representatives of semi-contact disciplines with representatives of full-contact disciplines in selected techniques of strikes and kicks. In conclusion, it will be ascertained how men and women see their technical maturity. Methods: In my thesis I used a method of analysis and the comparison method. I applied the analysis method in analyzing and describing the individual technical preparation of each representative. Information about the technical maturity was obtained on the basis of a questionnaire. I used the comparison method in the comparison of the representative himself and the opinions of the two state coaches. Then I used it in comparison of representatives of semi-contact disciplines and representatives of full-contact disciplines in techniques of strikes and kicks. Title: Testing and developing explosive power of young karate athletes of discipline kata Objectives: The objective of this bachelor thesis is to determine the effect of the intervention conditioning program on explosive power of young karate athletes of discipline kata. Methods: Testing was performed using four motor tests. The data were processed using basic statistical method and Wilcoxon pair test.
