Změna základního tónu řeči a transformace hlasu pomocí PSOLA
Nemšák, Slavomír
In the paper a voice transformation approach based on the application of the Pitch Synchronous OverLap and Add /PSOLA/ principle and resampling is proposed. This algorithm has lower computational demands than frequency domain methods.
Realizace TTS jako systémového ovladače pro Microsoft Speech API
Přibil, Jiří
The paper is aimed to the analysis of structure and function of the Microsoft Speech Application Interface /SAPI/. Realization of the TTS system as the SAPI Engine is mainly discussed. Study and use of was MS SAPI motivated by requirement of increased applicability of current Czech and Slovak TTS system first of all in telecommunication services. Necessary modifications of our TTS system for impelementation into the SAPI standard are also mentioned.
Modifikace obálky řečového spektra
Přibilová, Anna
The paper is aimed at speech spectrum envelope modification for voice conversion. Spline interpolation using digital filtering techniques with cubic B-splines is applied to speech spectrum envelope determination. Modification of the determined spectrum envelope is performed as the formant shift by a constant factor corresponding to the mean formant shift between male and female voices. Together with pitch modification by a constant factor, voice conversion from male to female and vice versa is performed.
Verification of applicability of PDFA in the 1310nm range
Vojtěch, J. ; Karásek, Miroslav ; Radil, J.
We present results of experiments aimed at increasing the reach of 1GE and 10GE transmission in the 1310nm wavelenght range by application of Praseof dimium doped fluoride fibre amplifiers.
Příprava a charakterizace struktur ZnO malých rozměrů
Grym, Jan ; Fernández, P. ; Piqueras, J.
ZnO low dimensional structures were prepared in order to study their unique electronic and optical properties. ZnO nanocrystals were obtained by ball milling of commercially available powders. This process was found to produce particles with sizes of tens to hundreds nanometers being composed of nanocrystals down to a few nanometers. ZnO micro and nanorods mainly of hexagonal shape as well as nanotubes and nanocombs were grown by vapor-solid method in a muffle furnace under the flow of high purity argon.
Příprava dopovaných a kodopovaných monokrystalů fosfidu inditého
Pekárek, Ladislav ; Žďánský, Karel
Indium phosphide crystals doped with various impurity atoms were grown by liquid encapsulation Czochralski method. The wafers of the grown crystals were characterized by resistivity an Hall measurements and their suitability for radiation detection was assessed.
Testování a simulace dlouhých propojení na deskách plošných spojů
Blecha, T. ; Heindl, K. ; Braun, Jaromír ; Jelínek, František
This work evolved in cooperation with the IREE AS CR, where they deal with simulation of long wiring on substrate. At present we work with higher frequency and the problem is with long wiring here. For example, long wiring is a conductive way longer than 15 cm for frequency 2 Ghz. This conductive way often occurs in electronics /bus, clock, etc/. It may cause the problems related with form, width and distance of conductive way, via and another influence on these frequencies. This article describes the results of long wiring measure on designed test samples and these results compare with theoretical simulation.
Behaviorální modely spojů ve smíšených elektronických soustavách
Žilka, Zdeněk ; Berka, Zbyněk ; Braun, Jaromír
In this paper the possibilities and limitations of interconnection models in the ICM /Interconnected Modeling Specification/ IBIS /Input/Output Buffer Information Specification/ format will be investigated with respect to isolation of signal integrity faults.
Počítačové řízení optického zařízení pro expozici velkých hologramů
Miler, Miroslav ; Kostka, František ; Dvořák, Martin ; Krechler, Jindřich ; Silva, J.
In exposing large holograms one encounters the problem of insufficiency of the laser power that needs to be spread over an extensive area. A per partes exposure using a narrow beam of sufficient intensity offers a solution. The cover the whole hologram area, the beam spot is required to travel in concentric circles.
2004 Program of Development in Metrology. Progress Report on Project M/19/04: Primary metrology of time and frequency
Čermák, Jan ; Buzek, Otokar ; Čemusová, Blanka ; Šojdr, Ludvík ; Pánek, Petr
The report brings a summary of the results obtained by The Institute of Radio Engineering and Electronics /IREE/ in the field of primary time and frequency metrology realizing the M19/04 project of The Metrology Programme of the Czech Office for Standards, Metrology and Testing in the first half of 2004.
