The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of debt securing and debt collecting. The study is devided into severals parts. Theoretical part is where juridical, tax accounts and economic terms are explained. Analytical part is where the debts are analyzed on a practicular subject. Next part presents own sollutions to improve more effective debt collecting and debt securing. The own sollutions are evaluated from the point of view of economic demands and feasibility in practice.
