The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of debt securing and debt collecting. The study is devided into severals parts. Theoretical part is where juridical, tax accounts and economic terms are explained. Analytical part is where the debts are analyzed on a practicular subject. Next part presents own sollutions to improve more effective debt collecting and debt securing. The own sollutions are evaluated from the point of view of economic demands and feasibility in practice.

The bachelor thesis deals with hedging instruments and debt collection. The theoretical part describes debt from legal, accounting, tax and economic point of view. The analytical part is devoted to the analysis of the current way of using hedging instruments and debt collection of the entrepreneur. The conclusion of the thesis contains a proposal of a more effective way of debt collection of the entrepreneur and an economic evaluation of the proposal.

It also deals with problematic employees who violate legal obligations. The bachelor's thesis evaluates the current situation of the employer in the area of labor-law relations and on the basis of the analysis of the current state of remuneration of employees the solutions are proposed which lead to the optimization of wage costs.

The end of the thesis looks at the problem of the businessman and structure of employee benefits designed for employees. The benefits try to increase the competitiveness of the businessman and his attractiveness in the labour market.

The theoretical part describes the basic terms of employment relationships from legal, economic, accounting and tax point of view. The analytical part analyzes the problem of a particular employer, which is related to the lack of employees. Based on this, optimal solutions are proposed that reduce wage costs while creating new job opportunities and in the duration of the employment relationship.

The analytical part then analyzes past due claims of a designated subject. Based on the gathered information, suggestions on more effective collection of claims are introduced.

Based on the findings, there are recommendations provided in order to possibly improve the state of claim recovery.
