[cze][eng] Analýzou prochází všechna velká a důležitá rozhodnutí. Hlavní úlohou analýzy je rozbor neboli zkoumání složitějších skutečností rozkladem na jednodušší, kde na základě detailního poznání podrobností docházíme k jistým výsledkům. Diplomová práce se věnuje budování metodiky řešení analytických úloh v Business Intelligence, která by popisovala a podporovala celý proces analýzy, její potřeby a předpoklady v reálném prostředí. V rámci práce jsem pracoval se společností Clever Decision na reálném projektu. Daná společnost se zabývá vývojem Business Intelligence řešení/aplikací a daný projekt je určen pro sestavení metodiky jak k vývoji těchto řešení přistupovat. Moje práce spočívala v navržení šablony části komplexní metodiky, která by se věnovala pouze analýze Business Intelligence řešení. Cílem diplomové práce je představit mnou zhotovenou metodiku analýzy Business Intelligence řešení, uvést její základní komponenty a obecné pokyny při práci s metodikou. Postaveného cíle jsem dosáhnul zkoumáním poskytnutých dokumentů a reportů společností Clever Decision, rozborem dalších metodik a doporučení. Hlavní přínos diplomové práce vidím v tom, že zhotovená metodika slouží jako návrh, resp. šablona pro podporu a standardizování procesu analýzy Business Intelligence řešení ve společnosti Clever Decision. Tato šablona však může sloužit i jako osnova pro vytvoření zcela jiné metodiky. Práce se skládá ze tři části. První je teoretická část, která se zabývá rekapitulací základních pojmů, základních metodik, ze kterých jsem čerpal. Druhá část představuje vlastnosti, komponenty a obecné pokyny při práci se zhotovenou metodikou. Dále popisuje hlavní výstupy, resp. dokumenty, které jsou praktickým doplněním k metodice. Třetí část obsahuje samotnou metodiku včetně prezentaci mnou navržených šablon výstupů/dokumentů.All big and important decisions come through analysis. The main aim of the analysis is to examine or investigate more complicated problems by decomposing them into simpler ones whereas we come to certain conclusions on the basis of a detailed recognition of particularities. This diploma thesis is dedicated to analytic tasks solving techniques in Business Intelligence which would describe and support the whole process of analysis, its needs and premises in real surrounding environment. During the project I cooperated with Clever Decision company and took part in the real project. This company deals with Business Intelligence solutions/applications development and this project is meant to set the method of how to treat the development of the solutions. My work consists in designing a template of BI analysis method which is a part of a complex technique. The aim of this diploma thesis is to introduce my own method of Business Intelligence solution analysis, to introduce its basic components and common work instructions for this method. I reached my aim by analyzing documents and reports provided by Clever Decision company and other methods and suggestions. The main contribution of my diploma thesis is that the method works as a draft for assistance and standardizing the process of Business Intelligence solution analysis in Clever Decision company. This draft can nevertheless work as a basis for creating a wholly new method. My work consists of three parts. The first part, a theoretical one, deals with recapitulation of basic terms and methods I worked with. The second part represents properties, components and general working instructions for this method. It moreover presents main outputs, more precisely documents that are practical attachments to the method itself. The third part introduces the method itself including presentation of outputs/document drafts designed by me.
