Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá dodací podmínkou v mezinárodní kupní smlouvě, konkrétně jejím vyjádřením pomocí výkladových pravidel Incoterms 2010. Součástí práce je výklad jednotlivých dodacích podmínek, jakožto i výčet častých chyb, ke kterým při aplikaci pravidel Incoterms dochází. Důraz je kladen zejména na změny v posledním vydání těchto výkladových pravidel, Incoterms 2010. Dále práce vymezuje pozici dodací podmínky v mezinárodní kupní smlouvě a snaží se rámcově zachytit samotnou mezinárodní kupní smlouvu a její součásti. Praktická část práce reflektuje použití dodací podmínek Incoterms u dodavatelských a odběratelských toků ve společnosti Lear Corporation Czech Republic s.r.o. This bachelor thesis explains the terms of delivery in international sales agreement, concretely with the rules from Incoterms 2010. The thesis contains definitions of delivery terms and often made mistakes connected with them. It is focused on the last publication of the delivery terms, called Incoterms 2010. Furthermore the thesis specifies the position of the delivery terms in the international sales agreement and defines the international sales agreement and its parts.The practical part shows the use of the delivery terms on concrete supplier and customer flows in the company Lear Corporation Czech Republic s.r.o.
