Práce se zabývá vytvořením podnikatelského plánu pro divadlo Native. Divadlo má v úmyslu být prvním pražským divadlem, které uvádí hry v jejich originálním znění, což hodlá zajistit jak vlastním souborem, tak i spoluprácí se zahraničními divadelními soubory. V první části se diplomová práce zabývá teoretickými otázkami týkajícími se podnikatelského plánu a jeho náležitostí. Druhá část práce pak již dle uvedené teorie diskutuje jednotlivé praktické stránky podnikatelského plánu. Práce rozebírá především tržní prostředí, kam divadlo vstupuje, marketingové aktivity nově vznikajícího podniku, stejně tak jako finanční plán divadla, které by mělo existovat nezávisle od městských grantů. The thesis focuses on setting up a business plan for The Native Theater. The theater aims to be the first theater in Prague to perform plays in their original language which should be conducted by its own ensemble as well as in cooperation with foreign theaters. In the first part the thesis focuses on theoretical questions regarding a business plan and its requirements. The second part discusses single practical features as they were introduced in the theoretical part. The thesis looks particularly into the market environment which the theater enters to, the marketing activities of the newly established company as well as on the financial plan of a theater that should exist independently of municipal grants.
