Bakalárska práca sa zameriava na zlepšenie výrobného procesu vo vybranej spoločnosti, minimalizáciou plytvania ktoré nastáva počas výroby svetlometu. Cieľom práce je návrh na zlepšenie (zefektívnenie) výrobného procesu. Práca je rozdelená do troch častí. V teoretickej časti sú popísané základné pojmy procesu, zlepšovania procesu, štíhlej výroby a plytvania. V analytickej časti je detailne popísaný, analyzovaný a zhodnotený súčasný stav výrobného procesu montážnej linky. Na základe analýzy sú v návrhovej časti navrhnuté a zhodnotené riešenia na zlepšenie daného procesu. Bachelor's thesis focuses on improving the production process in the choosen company, by minimizing waste that occurs during headlight production. The aim of the thesis is to design a proposal for improvement (streamlining) of the production process. The thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts of the process, process improvement, lean manufacturing and waste. The analytical part describes, analyzes and evaluates the current state of the production process of the assembly line in detail. Based on the analysis, solutions for improving the process are proposed and evaluated in the suggestion part.
