Tato diplomová práce analyzuje mezipodnikovou síť, přičemž se zaměřuje na finanční analýzu jednotlivých entit této sítě a detailní studii finančního zdraví podniků, které ji tvoří. Teoretická část nejprve představuje metody a ukazatele v oblasti finanční analýzy. Následně je aplikována shluková analýza pro výzkum podobností mezi jednotlivými subjekty v síti a k vytvoření shluků, což přispívá k lepšímu porozumění struktury této sítě. Následně je vymezena síťová ekonomika a analýza struktury jádra a periferie. Praktická část je věnována vybrané podnikatelské síti a detailněji charakterizuje podniky této sítě. Zahrnuje především analýzu podnikatelské sítě s využitím vybraných predikčních modelů a finančních ukazatelů. Dále jsou výsledky predikčních modelů použity k další analýze s využitím shlukové analýzy. Na závěr této práce budou dosažené výsledky sumarizovány a postupně vyhodnoceny. V poslední části této práce jsou formulována konkrétní doporučení na základě výsledků této práce a je zde stanoven závěr této práce, vyplývající z provedené analýzy. This thesis analyzes an inter-business network, focusing on the financial analysis of the individual entities of this network and a detailed study of the financial health of the companies of which it is made of. At first, the theoretical presents methods and indicators in the field of financial analysis. Subsequently, cluster analysis is applied to research similarities between individual entities in the network and to create clusters, which contributes to a better understanding of the structure of this network. Subsequently, the network economics and the analysis of the structure of the core and periphery are defined. The practical part is devoted to a selected business network and characterizes the businesses of this network in more detail. It mainly includes the analysis of the business network using selected prediction models and financial indicators. Furthermore, the results of the prediction models are used for further analysis using cluster analysis. At the end of this work, the achieved results will be summarized and gradually evaluated. In the last part of this work, specific recommendations are formulated based on the results of this work and the conclusion of this work, resulting from the performed analysis, is determined here.
