Bakalárska práca sa zameriava na zlepšenie procesu evidencie skladovaného materiálu v sklade spoločnosti A.G.E.S s.r.o. Teoretická časť vymedzuje pojmy, potrebné na pochopenie danej problematiky. Nasleduje analýza a vyhodnotenie súčasného stavu procesov v spoločnosti, pomocou dostupných analytických metód. V poslednej časti práce sú predstavené možnosti zlepšenia procesu, a vytvorenie vlastného riešenia na základe výberu najvhodnejšej z predstavených možností. The bachelor thesis focuses on improving the process of material registration in the warehouse of the company A.G.E.S. s.r.o. The theoretical part defines terms necessary to understand the given issue. This is followed by the analysis and evaluation of the current state of processes in company by using available analytical methods. In the final part of the thesis is presentation of options for process improvement and own solution is created based on the selection of the most suitable option.
