cze Abstract:
[cze][eng] U ploštice Pyrrhocoris apterus vystavené podmínkám oxidačního stresu byl zkoumán antioxidační účinek dvou hmyzích hormonů - Pyrap-AKH a 20-hydroxyekdyzonu. Oxidační stres byl v hmyzím těle vyvolán injikací herbicidu Paraquat. Abych ověřil, že byl hmyz skutečně dostatečně stresován, měřil jsem V CNS a hemolymfě dva hlavní biomarkery oxidačního stresu - malondialdehyd (vypovídá o míře lipidové peroxidace) a proteinové karbonyly. Pozitivní antioxidační účinek těchto dvou hormonů byl potom prokazován měřením hladiny redukovaného glutathionu v CNS a hemolymfě, dále měřením aktivity {$\gamma$}-glutamyltranspeptidázy v CNS a celkové antioxidační aktivity v hemolymfě.A potential antioxidant effect of two insect hormones, Pyrap-AKH and 20- hydroxyecdysone, in the red firebug Pyrrhocoris apterus under conditions of oxidative stress was examined. Oxidative stress was induced by injection of herbicide Paraquat into the insect body. To verify that oxidative stress was developed sufficiently in the insects, thiobarbituric acid reactive substances, mainly malondialdehyde (TBARS) and protein carbonyls as principal biomarkers of oxidative stress were analyzed in CNS and hemolymph. A positive antioxidant effect of the two hormones was demonstrated by measuring content of GSH in brain and hemolymph, activity of {$\gamma$}-GTP in brain, and the total antioxidant activity in hemolymph.
