Diplomová práce s názvem "Utváření profesní identity kouče. Narativní přístup." si klade za cíl prozkoumat a popsat proces konstrukce profesní identity u profesionálních koučů. První oddíl teoretické části je věnován tématu identity. Identita je vymezena z psychologického a filosofického hlediska, a jsou představeny vybrané psychologické teorie vývoje identity. Dále je popsána profesní identita jako specifická forma identity jedince, která se vztahuje k jeho profesní oblasti, a jsou uvedeny některé výzkumy týkající se profesní identity. Na závěr této části práce je nastíněno téma krize profesní identity a koncept self - efficacy, který s oblastí profesní identity souvisí. Druhý oddíl teoretické části popisuje současnou podobu koučinku v České republice, jeho profesní rámec a vymezení koučinku od příbuzných disciplín. Dále jsou uvedeny klíčové kompetence profesionálního kouče, stručná historie vzniku koučovací metody, souvislost koučování a psychologie a etika v koučování. Empirická část představuje vlastní výzkum, který byl motivován snahou porozumět tomu, jakým způsobem je utvářena profesní identita kouče. Jeho základ spočívá v kvalitativním zpracovávání dat z rozhovorů s účastníky studie, kterými jsou dospělí muži a ženy, kteří se věnují profesionálnímu koučování kontinuálně déle než 2 roky. V... Diploma thesis entitled "Construction of Professional Identity of a Coach. Narrative point of View." aimed to explore and describe the process of construction of professional identity in professional coaches. The first section of the theoretical part is devoted to the topic of identity. Identity is defined from a psychological and philosophical point of view, and psychological theories of identity development are introduced. Furthermore, professional identity is presented as a specific form of identity of an individual, which relates to their professional field, and recent research studies concerning professional identity are presented. At the end of this part, the topic of the crisis of professional identity and the concept of self - efficacy, which is related to the area of professional identity, are discussed. The second section of the theoretical part describes the contemporary image of coaching in the Czech Republic, its professional framework, and a brief history of the coaching method. Subsequently, the key competencies of a professional coach, differences from related disciplines, the context of coaching and psychology and ethics in coaching are described.
