Školní metodik prevence (v této práci též "preventista") má ve školním prostředí klíčovou úlohu v úspěšném předcházení rizikovému chování. Jeho funkce prošla od doby svého vzniku změnami, stejně tak kontext jeho působení. Tato práce se soustředí na proces vývoje role preventisty a na změny, jež ovlivnily aktuální pozici školního metodika prevence. Rovněž nastiňuje aktuální problémy pojící se s výkonem funkce školního preventisty. Teoretická část uvádí platný legislativní rámec, v němž se školní metodik prevence pohybuje, i legislativu dřívější, a upozorňuje na možná úskalí některých právních norem. Dále zařazuje osobu ŠMP do vnitroresortního systému školní prevence i šířeji do meziresortní organizace prevence. Pro lepší pochopení současné situace otevírá teoretická část práce pohled do historie prevence v České republice, resp. ČSFR a dřívějších zřízeních. Charakterizuje základní pojmy spjaté s osobou školního metodika prevence, tj. primární prevence, rizikové chování aj. Zásadní část je věnována širšímu poznání osoby školního metodika prevence prostřednictvím pohledu na vývoj jeho funkce a potřebné vzdělání. Práce se zaměřuje na otevírání otázek týkajících se preventisty a jeho činnosti, nevyhýbá se tedy ani aktuálním problémům. Praktická část analyzuje Vyhlášku č. 72/2005 Sb., tj. základní... School prevention methodist plays a key role in the successful elimination of risky behavior in the school environment. His function has undergone changes since its establishment, as has the context of its operation. This thesis is focused on the process of generating the position of a prevention methodist and the changes that have affected his current position. It also outlines current issues related to the performance of the function of school preventionist. The theoretical part presents the current legislative framework in which the school prevention methodist operates, as well as earlier legislation, and draws attention to the possible pitfalls of some legal norms. It also places the person of the ŠMP in the intra-ministerial system of school prevention and more broadly in the inter-ministerial organization of prevention. For a better understanding of the current situation, the theoretical part of the work opens a look into the history of prevention in the Czech Republic, or ČSFR, respectively.
