Předmětem výzkumu byl návrh malých transportních nádob na kapalný dusík s objemem podle požadavků objednavatele a výroba testovacích vzorků. Know-how výroby malých přenosných nádob z polystyrenu vzniklo v ÚPT AV ČR Brno, v.v.i. před 47 roky. Před každou výrobou je nutné ověřit aktuální vlastnosti výchozího materiálu, určit jeho objem pro daný typ nádoby a ověřit dobu výroby, která je závislá na objemu a tvaru nádoby a také na vlastnostech výchozího materiálu. Po ověření všech ukazatelů se připraví forma s definovaným objemem a zhotoví se testovací vzorky. Vzorky se po komplexní kontrole odesílají objednavateli. Výzkum byl prováděn na základě dvou objednávek ze dne 3.3.2020 (č. obj. 030320-08) a ze dne 30.10.2020 (č. obj. 103020-06)\n The aim of the project is design of small transport vessels for liquid nitrogen with volume according customer demands and production of tests samples according customer. The origin of this know-how is in the institute, it is 47 years old. It is necessary to check actual quality of raw material, to define its volume for given vessel type and check the time of production, that is dependent on the volume and vessel shape and also on the raw material characteristic. After checking all of important parameters the form with defined volume for is prepared and test sample are produced. Samples are after detailed testing sent to the customer. Research was conducted according two orders, 1st dated 3.3.2020 (No. 030320-08) and the 2nd dated 30.10.2020 (No. 103020-06)\n\n
