Bradáčová, D. Založení živnostenského podnikání v oboru pekařství a cukrářství. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2017. Bakalářská práce se zabývá založením živnosti v oboru pekařství a cukrářství. Čte-nář se zde dozví, jak založit cukrárnu s dortovým studiem, i za předpokladu, že živnostník není vzdělaný v příslušném oboru. V první části práce je teoreticky popsáno živnostenské podnikání a podnikatelský plán. Druhá část obsahuje vzorově vyplněný registrační formulář k živnosti a vypracovaný podnikatelský plán. Záměr je vyhotoven na konkrétní závod, který má v plánu autorka v budoucnu založit. Je provedena analýza trhu, srovnání konkurentů, marketingový a finanční plán. Na základě poznatků z finančního plánu je na konci práce vybrán úvěr, který by byl pro daný subjekt za stanovených okolností nejvýhodnější. Bradáčová, D. The reader of this thesis will find out, how to establish confectionery with the cake studio, even if the businessman does not have education in corresponding field of study. In the first part the self-employment and entrepreneurial plan is described. The second part contains a sample of registering form for the self-employment and entrepreneurial plan. The intention is created for the specific business, which the author wants to establish in the future. This part contains also analysis of the market, comparison of competitors, marketing and financial plan. Based on the findings of the financial plan, is at the end of the work selected a loan, which would be, for the given entity, the most advantageous.
