Práce se zabývá aplikací některých metod vícekriteriálního hodnocení variant v různých fázích výběrového řízení na obchodní pozici ve společnosti Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, a.s. Skupina všech přihlášených uchazečů je nejprve v rámci 1. kola pomocí aspiračních úrovní zredukována. Ve druhém kole absolvuje takto zúžená skupina uchazečů výběrové řízení, přičemž je pomocí metod VHV vybrán nejvhodnější kandidát na volnou pracovní pozici. The thesis describes the application of several methods of multicriterial evaluation of alternatives (MEoA) in various phases of the recruitment process for the position Corporate Account Manager in Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, a.s. In the first round, the group of all enrolled candidates is reduced using aspiration levels. In the second round, this narrowed down group goes through the Assessment Centre. Using other methods of MEoA, the most suitable candidate for the position is chosen.
