Abstract: Magnetic resonance imaging provides a noninvase method to study the fate of transplanted cells in vivo. Various biocomatible scaffolds based on non-woven nanofibres (products of ELMARCO or Technical University Liberec), have been developed for bridging tissue defects and for use as 3D stem cell careiers.
