Cílem této bakalářské práce je zprovoznění robotického manipulátoru, vytvoření softwaru pro zpracování obrazu a poté propojení obou částí vyústěné v praktickou ukázkou. V první části je popsáno uvedení manipulátoru do chodu, kde šlo především o nastudování původního stavu a poté opravu poškozených dílů. Dále se pak práce věnuje přestavbě koncového efektoru na elektromagnet tak, aby vyhovoval požadované aplikaci. Další částí je vytvoření metody pro identifikaci tvaru a polohy objektu. Tento software je vytvořen v prostředí MATLAB. Poslední částí je pak realizace praktické ukázky. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to make a robotic manipulator work, to create a software able to do image processing and to make these two parts collaborate together. In the first part, commissioning of the robot is described, where the key was to determine the original state and repair damaged parts. Then the thesis focuses on rebuilding the end effector to an electromagnet to fit for the required application. Next part is about creating a method for object identification and determination of its position. This software is made in MATLAB. Realization of a practical demonstration is carried out in the last part.
