Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na hodnocení finanční situace vybrané soukromoprávní korporace za období let 2014 – 2018. V úvodu jsou na základě literárních pramenů vysvětleny pojem, východiska i metody finanční analýzy. Jsou zmíněny její uživatelé i jejich důvody potřeby finanční analýzy. V následující analytické části dojde k představení společnosti a samotné realizaci finanční analýzy pomocí ukazatelů zmíněných v úvodu. Výsledky jsou interpretovány slovně a na základě učiněných závěrů jsou provedeny návrhy mající potenciál zlepšit finanční situaci podniku s ohledem na budoucí období. The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of a selected private corporation for the period 2014 – 2018. In the introduction, concepts and methods of financial analysis are explained on the basis of literature sources. There are mentioned reasons for financial analysis and its users. In the following analytical part, the company will be introduced and the financial analysis itself will be implemented using the indicators which were mentioned in the introduction. The results are interpreted verbally and they are based on the conclusions that should supposed to lead to suggestions that will have the potential to improve the financial situation of the company with respect to the future.
