Záměrem této bakalářské práce je zhotovení podnikatelského záměru na rozšíření stánkového prodeje kávy o e-shop. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů souvisejících s podnikáním a konkurencí na trhu s kávou. Praktickou část věnuji konkrétnímu podnikatelskému záměru a jeho vyhodnocení, zdali je vůbec podnikatelský záměr realizovatelný. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a business plan to expand the stall sales of coffee by a brick and an e-shop. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of basic terms related to business and competition in the coffee market. The practical part is dedicated to the specific business plan and its assessment of whether the business plan is feasible or not.
