Tato diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením bezpečnosti činností obsluhy u vertikálního obráběcího centra MCFV 1260. V první části práce je zaznamenán současný stav požadavků vyplývajících ze směrnic Evropského parlamentu a Rady v oblasti tvářecích obráběcích strojů, s konkrétním zaměřením na vertikální obráběcí centra. Poté je vytvořen systémový rozbor dané problematiky s návrhem a zdůvodněním zvoleného postupu. V druhé části práce je řešena analýza rizik, která je směřována na činnosti obsluhy v oblasti údržby, servisu a při samotném provozu vertikálního obráběcího centra umístěného ve firmě TAJMAC - ZPS Zlín. Výsledkem této diplomové práce je návrh a doporučení preventivních opatření pro snížení nepřijatelných rizik při relevantních úkonech na obráběcím centru. This diploma thesis deals with the safety assessment of operator’s activities at the MCFV 1260 vertical machining center. Then a system analysis of the issue is created with a proposal and justification of the chosen procedure. In the second part of the thesis there is solved the failure risk analysis, which is focused on the operations of the operator in the area of maintenance, service and during the operation of the vertical machining center located in the company TAJMAC – ZPS Zlín. The result of this thesis is the design and recommendation of preventive measures to reduce unacceptable risks in the relevant operations at the machining center.
