Cílem diplomové práce je posouzení informačního systému firmy a následný návrh změn. Úvodní část je věnována teoretickým východiskům práce. Druhá část se zaobírá vybranou společností a analýzami informačního systému, na základě kterých jsou v poslední části navrhnuty změny včetně jejich přínosů a nákladů. The aim of the diploma thesis is an assessment of the information system of the company followed by the proposal of changes. The introductory part is focused on the theoretical basis of the work. The second part deals with selected company and its analyses, including the analys of the information system. Based on these analysis, appropriate changes are proposed including its costs and benefits.
