BAKALÁŘSKÉ PRÁCE Jméno, příjmení: Veronika Macelová Vedoucí práce: MUDr. Karla Kotková Název bakalářské práce: Parametry motorického učení u zdravých mladých žen ve věku 18- 35 let Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice motorického učení. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje základní informace o motorickém učení. Zabývá se jeho fázemi, druhy, činiteli, kteří ho ovlivňují a kognitivními funkcemi. Dále jsou zde zmíněny fyzioterapeutické metody, které na principu motorického učení fungují. Nechybí zde kapitola o pohybových dovednostech, virtuální realitě a systému Homebalance. Praktická část je výzkumného typu, zaměřená na sběr dat a jejich analýzu. Zúčastnilo se ji 15 zdravých mladých žen. Cílem práce je popsat průběh motorického učení, které probíhalo 10 týdnů s frekvencí jedné cvičební jednotky týdně na stabilometrické plošině Nintendo Wii s využitím interaktivního rehabilitačního systému Homebalance. V praktické části jsou vyhodnoceny a následně porovnány výsledky jednotlivých úloh. Celkový čas všech úloh je statisticky zhodnocen pomocí Studentova t-testu. Stanovená hypotéza, že se celkový čas všech probandek jako jednoho celku významně sníží, byla potvrzena. Klíčová slova: motorické učení, pohybová dovednost,... The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes basic informations about motor learning. It deals with its phases, types, factors that affect it and cognitive functions. Furthermore, there are mentioned physiotherapeutic methods that work on the principle of motor learning. There are also chapters about movement skills, virtual reality and the Homebalance system. The practical part is of a research type and focuses on data collection and their analysis. The study was performed on 15 respondents - healthy young women. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to describe the course of motor learning, which took on stabilometric platform Nintendo Wii Balance Board wirth the use of interactive Homebalance system. All respondents underwent the program of motor learning once a week for the duration of 10 weeks. Probands. In the practical part, the results of individual tasks are evaluated and compared.
