Bakalářská práce se zabývá vnímáním autority trenérů basketbalu z pohledu jejich svěřenců. Data byla získávána od hráček/hráčů basketbalu ve věku 14-19 let pomocí kvantitativní metody, prostřednictvím online dotazníku. Sesbíraná data byla zpracovávána pomocí programu Microsoft Excel a SPSS. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, jak svěřenci vnímají autoritu svých trenérů basketbalu. V práci jsou identifikovány různé formy autority vyskytující se u trenérů a následně určeno, která z nich převládá. Na základě získaných informací je zjišťováno, jak se vnímání autority trenéra liší v závislosti na osobnostních charakteristikách svěřence, jimiž jsou věk, pohlaví a vzdělání. Práce zkoumá také způsob jednání trenéra před svěřenci a to, jak celý tým vede. V práci je také popsáno, jaký je vliv rodičů svěřenců na vnímání autority. Práce je rozdělena na šest částí, první je část teoretická, ve které najdeme definice a teoretické ukotvení všech pojmů, jež jsou v práci zmiňovány. Další části se zabývají metodami práce. Následuje empirická, část, která se zabývá samotným procesem výzkumu, následnou analýzou výsledků, jejich interpretací a zhodnocením. V poslední části práce, tedy v závěru, jsou shrnuty veškerá zjištění a výstupy práce. K hlavním závěrům výzkumného šetření patří zjištění, že u trenérů převládá autorita... This bachelor's thesis focuses on the authority of basketball coaches as perceived by their charges. The data was obtained from players aged 14-19, using a quantitative method and an online questionnaire. The collected data was processed using Microsoft Excel and SPSS. The main objective of the thesis is to find out how charges perceive the authority of their basketball coaches. The thesis identifies various forms of authority found in coaches, determining which form prevails. Based on the information obtained, it is examined how the perception of authority in a coach differs depending on the characteristics of the charge, such as age, gender and education. The thesis also examines the way the coach acts in front of their charges and the way they lead the team. The thesis also describes the influence of parents on the perception of authority. The thesis is divided into six parts, first being the theoretical part, which includes definitions and theoretical foundation for all the concepts mentioned in the thesis. The next parts deal with methodology. This is followed by the empirical part, which deals with the research process itself, the subsequent analysis of the results, their interpretation and evaluation.
