Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby samostatně stojícího rodinného domu s projekční kanceláří. Stavba je navržena na pozemku, který se nachází v okrajové části městyse Drásov v okrese Brno-venkov, terén je rovinatý. Rodinný dům je řešen jako samostatně stojící, nepodsklepený. Navrhovaný objekt se skládá ze tří částí, jednopodlažní garáž, dvoupodlažní obytná část a do ní vsunuta jednopodlažní provozovna, projekční kancelář, která je navržena tak, aby šla využívat i jako bezbariérový byt. Svislé konstrukce jsou navrženy z keramických tvárnic, stropní konstrukce z keramických vložek a keramobetonových nosníků. Zastřešení je řešeno jako jednoplášťová plochá střecha. The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a detached family house with a design office. The building is designed on a plot of land, which is located on the outskirts of the village Drásov in the district of Brno-venkov, the terrain is flat. The family house is designed as a detached, no basement. The proposed building consists of three parts, a one-storey garage, a two-storey residential part and a single-storey business premises, a design office, which is designed to be used as a barrier-free apartment. Vertical structures are designed from ceramic blocks, ceiling structures from ceramic inserts and ceramic concrete beams. The roofing is designed as a single-skin flat roof.
