Zadáním bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro stavební povolení. Bytový dům je umístěný na mírně svažitém terénu. Objekt se skládá ze čtyř nadzemních podlaží a je celoplošně podsklepený. Budova je založena na základových pasech z prostého betonu a nosné zdivo je tvořeno keramickými tvárnicemi. Budova je zateplena kontaktním zateplovacím systémem. Vodorovné stropní konstrukce jsou monolitické železobetonové desky. Střecha je řešena z části jako jednoplášťová a z druhé části jako střecha pultová. Ve sklepním podlaží jsou umístěny zejména skladové prostory, technická místnost a společenská místnost. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází čtyři byty, kde jeden z nich je řešen jako bezbariérový. Ve zbylých podlažích se nachází dalších 8 bytů, které po součtu s těmi z prvního podlaží tvoří 12 bytových jednotek. Před budovou se nachází rozlehlé parkoviště o velkém počtu parkovacích míst. The assignment of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a building permit. The apartment building is located on a slightly sloping terrain. The building consists of four floors and has a basement. The building is based on foundation strips made of plain concrete and the load-bearing masonry is made of ceramic blocks. The building is insulated with a contact insulation system. Horizontal ceiling structures are monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The roof is designed partly as a single skin and partly as a counter roof. In the basement floor there are mainly storage rooms, utility room and lounge. On the first floor there are four apartments, one of which is designed as a barrier-free. In the remaining floors there are another 8 flats, which after the sum of those from the first floor form 12 flats. In front of the building there is a large parking lot with a large number of parking spaces.
