Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem bytového domu ve Zlíně. Bytový dům má 4 nadzemní podlaží a jedno podzemní podlaží, kde jsou garážová stání. Konstrukční systém je navržen zděný z keramických tvarovek v kombinaci se železobetonovými stěnami. Stropy jsou monolitické železobetonové, střecha je ze sbíjených vazníků. Práce obsahuje projektovou dokumentaci pro provádění stavby. This bachelor thesis deals with the desig of a flat house in the Zlín. The flat house has four above-ground floors and one basemant, where are covered parking places. The structural system is made of brick made of ceramic fittings in combination with reinforced concrete walls. The ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete, the roof is of nailed trusses. The work includes project documentation fot the construction.
