Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh a projektová dokumentace bytového domu v Brně, v městské časti Líšeň. Jedná se o budovu s 4 nadzemními a 1 podzemním podlažím. Celkově budova obsahuje 8 bytů, 2 na každém nadzemním podlaží. Byty na každém podlaží jsou vůči sobě zrcadlově obrácené a dispozičně totožné. Podzemní podlaží je navrhnuto hlavně jako skladovací prostory a sklepní kóje pro bytové jednotky. Konstrukčně je tato budova řešena nosnými stěnami z vápenopískových tvárnic, příčkami ze sádrokartonu a monolitickými stropy. Suterén je navržen z monolitických konstrukcí. Střecha je plochá. Budova je navrhnuta tak, aby funkčně i architektonicky zapadala do dané lokality. The subject of this bachelor thesis is a design and project documentation of a residential building in Brno, Líšeň. The building has four above ground and one underground storey. In total the building contains 8 flat units, 2 per each above ground floor. The flats on each storey are mirrored to each other and identical in disposition. Basement is designed mainly as storage places and cellars for the flat units. Structurally the building contains lime sand blocks as load-bearing walls, plasterboard partitions and monolithic slabs. Basement is designed from monolithic structures. The roof is flat. The whole building is proposed with an architectonical and functional respect to the given locality.
