Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem novostavby bytového domu v Havlíčkově Brodě. Objekt je navržen jako samostatně stojící, podsklepený na svažitém terénu. Bytový dům má 2 nadzemní podlaží, podkroví a podzemní podlaží. Nachází se zde 5 bytových jednotek, různých velikostí a dispozic, jedna bezbariérová. Objekt navržen z konstrukčního systému keramických bloků, vodorovné konstrukce stropů jsou z keramických vložek a POT nosníků. Střecha sedlová s krytinou z pálených tašek. Práce obsahuje realizační dokumentaci stavby. This thesis describes the design of apartment building in Havlíčkův Brod. It is a cellar apartment house, standing on the slopes. The apartment building has one basement and free above. Total consists of 5 units of different size and possible, first is barrier free. An object is construction of the ceramic blocks. Ceilings are of ceramic liner and the beams, the roof is gabled roof bag barn. The work includes project documentation for the construction.
