Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá řešením projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby Polyfunkčního bytového domu v Ilavě. Bytový dům je řešen jako částečně podsklepený se čtyřmi nadzemními podlažími. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází dvě provozovny, a to prodejna obuvi a ordinace zubaře. Každý z těchto prostorů má řešený samostatný vstup, rovněž je samostatný vstup do bytové části domu. Všechny vstupy do objektu jsou řešeny jako bezbariérové V druhém až čtvrtém nadzemním podlaží se nachází celkem šest bytových jednotek, dvě na každé podlaží. V suterénu se nachází prostory společné pro nájemníky a to sklepní kóje, společenská místnost dílna a technická místnost. This bachelors thesis deals with theproject documentation for the construction of a multi-purpose apartment house in Ilava. The apartment building is designed as a partial basement with four floors. On the first floor there are two establishments, a shoe store and a dentists office. Each of these spaces has a separate entrance, there is also a separate entrance to the residential part of the house. All entrances to the building are barrier-free. On the second to fourth floors there are a total of six residential units, two on each floor. In the basement there are common areas for tenants, namely a cellar, a common room, a workshop and a technical room.
