Predmetom tejto bakalárskej práce je projektová dokumentácia rodinného domu s prevádzkou. Objekt je umiestený v obci Prosné, v južnej časti obce, v oblasti s nízkou zastavanosťou, kde v budúcnosti je možnosť rozšírenia individuálnej bytovej výstavby. Stavba je rozdelená na dve časti, na rodinný dom pre štvorčlennú rodinu a na prevádzku. Prevádzka je navrhnutá ako veterinárna ambulancia pre jedného veterinára a jedného veterinárneho asistenta. Rodinný dom je čiastočne podpivničený, má dve nadzemné a jedno podzemné podlažie a je zastrešený plochou strechou. Súčasťou rodinného domu je samostatne stojaca garáž s parkovacími miestami pre dva osobné automobily a zastrešená plochou strechou. Prevádzka má jedno nadzemné podlažie a je zastrešená plochou strechou, ktorá je prevedená ako zelená strecha. Nosný systém objektu je tvorený z keramických tvárnic Porotherm a železobetónových monolitických stropných dosiek. Súčasťou projektovej dokumentácie je požiarne bezpečnostné posúdenie stavby, tepelne technické posúdenie stavby a posúdenie na akustiku a osvetlenie. The subject of this bachelor thesis is design documentation of a detached house with an establishment. The object is located in a village of Prosné, in the south part of the village, in a low built-up area where is a possibility of expanding individual housing construction in the future. The building is divided into two parts, the detached house for family of four and the establishment. The establishment is designed as a veterinary ambulance for one vet and one veterinary assistant. The detached house is with partial basement, it has two above-ground floors and its roofted with a flat roof. Part of the house is a detached garage with two parking places and its roofted with a flat roof. The establishment has one above-ground floor a its roofted wirh a flat roof done as a green roof. The structural system of a building is made of Porotherm clay blocks and reinforced concrete ceiling slabs. The part of a design documentation is a fire safety assessment, thermal assessment, acoustic assessment and the daylighting assessment.
