Náplní bakalářské práce bylo zhotovení dokumentace pro stavební povolení a části dokumentace pro provádění stavby na základě architektonické studie, která byla vypracována v předmětu AG35 – Ateliér architektonické tvorby V. Tématem ateliérové práce bylo zamyšlení se nad vhodným využitím památkově chráněného objektu v historickém jádru města Heřmanův Městec a vytvořit architektonickou studii památkové obnovy včetně návrhu nového využití. Záměrem bylo navrhnout památkově chraněnému objektu nové moderní využití a naplnit ho ekonomicky vyhodnými funkcemi. Zásah do objektu byl minimální a ohraničený z důvodu, že se jedná o historickou památku. Hlavní myšlenkou bylo zachovat historicky hodnotné prvky a také zjednodušit půdorys pomocí odstranění nehodnotných příček a výplní otvorů. Největší rekonstrukci odnesou nejmladší konstrukce, které byly přistavovány v poslední třetí etapě. Jedná se o část C. Vnitřní přičky a stropní konstrukce v tomto křídle budou odstraněny. Původní krov proto bude ztužen příčnými táhly a také opatřen proti vlhkosti. Bude zachováno veškeré smíšené zdivo vnitřních i obvodových konstrukcí a také dřevený krov nad všemi křídly objektu. Řešení vnějšího výrazu budovy je navrženo uvedením do klasicistní podoby domu. Ta je doložena částečnou fotodokumentací objektu a také částečně zachovanými prvky na fasádě objektu. Pozdější exteriérové úpravy a výplně otvorů bydou odstraněny. Barevné řešení vyplývá z průzkumů původní barevnosti stavby. Dle požadavků památkové péče, budou klempířské prvky přizpůsobeny barevnosti omítek (žlutokrémový tón) a nátěry svodů a žlabů provedeny v červenohnědé barevnosti (barva starých tašek), štukové omítky zlatookrovým tónem. Východiskem návrhu interiérů je obnovení vzhledu zachovaných pamatkově hodnotných podlah, fabionů, portálů a vyplní otvorů. The aim of the thesis was to create documentation for building permit and a part of building design documentation. The topic of the studio work was to think about suitable use of listed building in historical center of Heřmanův Městec and to create an architectural study of monument restoration including a proposal for a new use. The intention was to propose new modern use for heritage-protected buildings and to fill it with economic advantageous functions. The main idea was to preserve the valuable historical elements and also to simplify the floor plan by removing the less valuable partitions and filling the holes. Internal partitions and ceiling structures in this wing will be removed. Therefore, the original roof will be reinforced by cross bars and also be protected against moisture. All mixed masonry of internal and external constructions will be preserved as well as a wooden roof over all the wings of the buildings. The solution of the exterior expression of the building is designed in the classicist style of the house. This is documented by partial photo documentation of the building and partly preserved elements on the facade of the building. The newest exterior adjustments and hole fillings have been removed. The color solution results from surveys of the original color scheme of the building. According to the requirements of the monument care, the tinsmith elements will be adjusted to the color of the plasters (yellow-creme tone) and the paints of downpipes and gutters made in red-brown color (color of old roof tiles), stucco plasters in gold-ocher tone. The starting point of the interior design is the restoration of the appearance of preserved monumental floors, stucco decorations, portals and openings. There was an effort to preserve the dominant spatial element, which is reflected in both floors - anfilada. The design accentuates historically valuable premises and construction of the building.
