Tématem bakalářské práce je návrh průmyslové stavby – výroby značkové konfekce v brněnských Židenicích. Konfekční závod je zaměřen na výrobu značkové dámské konfekce Calvin Klein. Řešené území se nachází na brněnském brownfieldu č. 3602 při ulici Rokytova mezi hřbitovem a lesoparkem Akátky. Práce navazuje na architektonickou studii AG034. Práce je dále rozpracována jako konstrukční studie a stavební řešení pro provedení stavby. Základní koncept hmotového řešení vychází z funkční náplně, provozu, topografie, okolní zástavby a výtvarného chápaní loga firmy. Dominantním materiálem stavby je železobetonový pohledový beton, který tak i prozrazuje stejný materiál nosné konstrukce kombinovaného systému. Bezbariérová průmyslová stavba je řešena jako dvoupodlažní objekt se zelenou pochozí střechou volně přecházející v terén. The bachelor thesis deals with desig of an industrial building – production of branded clothing in Brno's Židenice. Production of branded clothing is focused on the production of branded women's Calvin Klein clothing. The area is located in Brno in brownfield no. 3602 at Rokytova Street. It is located bewteen a cemetery and The forest park Akátky. The work follows the architectural study AG034. The work is further elaborated as a design study and construction solution for construction. The basic concept of the mass solution is based on the functional content, operation, topography, surrounding buildings and visual understanding of one of the company logo. The dominant material of the building is reinforced concrete face concrete, which also reveals the same material of the bearing structure of the combined system. The barrier-free industrial building is designed as a two-storey building with a green walkable roof freely passing into the terrain.
