Bakalářská práce řeší hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti developerského projektu výstavby bytového domu v Brně. První část práce se zabývá developerskou činností z teoretického pohledu, kterým je zejména popis životního cyklu projektu, tvorba peněžních toků a zvážení možných způsobů financování. Druhá část práce je věnována stanovení příjmů a výdajů konkrétního developerského projektu. Cílem práce je stanovit peněžní toky projektu v jeho životním cyklu, vyčíslit ukazatele ekonomické efektivnosti a posoudit celkovou výhodnost projektu pro investora (developera). The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the economic efficiency of a development project for the construction of an apartment building in Brno. The first part presents the development activities from a theoretical point of view, which is mainly a description of the life cycle of the project, the creation of cash flows and consideration of possible ways of financing. The second part of the work is devoted to determining the income and expenditure of a particular property development project. The aim of the work is to determine the cash flows of the project in its life cycle, quantify the indicators of economic efficiency and assess the overall profitability of the project for the investor (developer).
