Práce se zabývá stavebně technickým průzkumem rodinného domu v Brně. Důvodem tohoto průzkumu je rekonstrukce. V první části práce se nachází vysvětlení teoretické problematiky konstrukcí, nacházejících se ve zkoumaném objektu a jejich posouzení z hlediska stavebního průzkumu. Cílem průzkumu je stanovit základní vlastnosti zdiva. Tyto vlastnosti jsou stanoveny v praktické části práce. V poslední části práce jsou shrnuty předchozí výsledky vlastností zdiva. This thesis covers structural-technic research of family house situated in Brno. In the first part of thesis I discuss theoretical explanation of structures situated in the object and its assessment in vterms of structural engineering research. Goal of this research is to estimate strength of masonry. These properties are calculated in practical part of this thesis. Last part of thesis summarizes previous calculations of strength of masonry.
