Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozborem pojmu digitální továrna a na to navazující iniciativu Průmysl 4.0. Práce je zpracována ve spolupráci s firmou Ravensburger Karton s.r.o. sídlící v Poličce a část práce je věnována jejímu popisu. Dále je zpracován rozbor současného systému sledování výroby, který je založen na monitorovacím zařízení WorkMonitor od firmy Papouch. Hlavním cílem práce je navrhnout a vyrobit monitorovací zařízení komunikující jak na rozhraní WiFi, tak i pomocí ethernetového kabelu. Jsou popsány jednotlivé myšlenky návrhu a výroby obou zařízení. Na závěr je proveden rozbor výhod a nevýhod daného řešení včetně cenového srovnání se zařízeními, které jsou uvedeny v kapitole Průzkum trhu. Bachelor’s thesis discusses the analysis of the term digital factory and the related initiative Industry 4.0. The work is processed in cooperation with the company Ravensburger Karton s.r.o. based in Polička and part of the work is devoted to its description. Furthermore, an analysis of the current production monitoring system, which is based on the WorkMonitor monitoring device from company Papouch, is processed. The main goal of this work is to design and manufacture monitoring devices communicating both on the WiFi interface and using an Ethernet cable. The individual ideas of design and production of both devices are described. Finally, an analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the solution is performed, including a price comparison with the devices listed in the Market Research chapter.
