Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje komparativní analýze voleb do francouzského Národního shromáždění v letech 2012 a 2017 z hlediska zastoupení žen mezi kandidáty a mezi zvolenými poslanci. Zastoupení žen v Národním shromáždění je představeno v historickém kontextu žen v politickém prostoru od Francouzské revoluce, přes získání volebního práva žen po druhé světové válce až k paritnímu zákonu z roku 2000, který přináší zákonné kvóty na zastoupení žen v politických institucích a funkcích. Práce se zabývá faktory, které ovlivňují vstup žen do politiky a jejich počet, například volebním systémem Francouzské Páté republiky při volbách do Národního shromáždění nebo nastavením kvót na zastoupení žen a také indikátory, které určují skutečnou moc a důležitost žen v politice. Komparace legislativních voleb v roce 2012, kdy zvítězila Socialistická strana a legislativních voleb v roce 2017, kdy většinu získalo nové politické uskupení En Marche, se zabývá především rozdílným přístupem politických stran k zákonu parity a genderové rovnosti a posléze také rozdíly při obsazování klíčových postů v Národním shromáždění. Závěr práce představí výsledky analýzy, které buď potvrdí nebo vyvrátí hypotézu nárůstu počtu žen v Národním shromáždění ve volbách 2017 oproti volbám 2012 a nabídne faktory a vlivy, které k... This bachelor's thesis deals with a comparative analysis of the elections to the French National Assembly in 2012 and 2017 in terms of the representation of women among candidates and among elected deputies. The representation of women in the National Assembly is presented in the historical context of women in the political space from the French Revolution, through the gain of women's suffrage after World War II, to the Parity Act in 2000, which introduces legal quotas for women's representation in political institutions and functions. The thesis deals with factors that affects women's entry into politics and their number, such as the French Fifth Republic's electoral system in elections to the National Assembly or setting quotas for women's representation, as well as indicators that determine the real power and importance of women in politics. The comparison of the legislative elections in 2012, when the Socialist Party won, and the legislative elections in 2017, when the new political group En Marche won the majority, deals mainly with different approches of political parties to the law of parity and gender equality and then also with differences in filling key positions in the National Assembly.
